Wow! My very first blog post. I first want to thank God for granting me this platform to produce content that is centered on how He speaks to me. Second, thank you to my readers in advance for reading and engaging with anything that I choose to write and share.
Some days my posts will be long, other days they may be succinct. Maybe I’ll feel like writing out my prayer or sharing the principles I understood from scripture I read that day. I might want to share a song and highlight specific lyrics that touched me. I think you get the point. I can’t promise one type of content each week, but I can promise to give God the glory! So, if that’s alright with you, you’re in the right place.
I pray this to be a lasting journey, that God would bless me with a fresh word or combination of thoughts for my readers and for myself. So let’s start things off the right way, by praying and inviting God into this space.
Heavenly Father, I thank you for this appointed time. I have desired for awhile now to have a blog dedicated solely to you and you have answered with a resounding yes. Please use me each week to bring forth thoughts and ideas of substance that is inspired and authored by you. Bless my readers so that their needs may be met by this platform. Speak a rhema word to me that I might touch and give revelation to any one of my readers at any given time. When the words get stuck and I feel like I have nothing to offer your people, Lord, allow new oil to flow within me. I do all this unto you Father, to give you glory, to honor your name and keep you at my center.
